Sponsored post – Guest post policy

We focus on the health niche and all sponsored posts will need to relate to this niche. A
sponsored post is a post where somebody pays me to cover a topic. We will only accept
posts that are written by me or by the sponsor.
Sponsored Post Policy Overview
We will only accept sponsored posts that relate to the health niche and reserve the right to
refuse/reject posts.
The length for a sponsored post should be between 300 and 500 words as this is the

interesting read and meet our quality standards.
We will scrutinize any sponsored post written by the advertiser to ensure they comply with
the policies of our blog and meet our standards. Sponsored posts I have written; the
advertiser will not have editorial control and are only able to correct factual errors or
omissions from the post.
Even though most posts will be written/posted right away, I do have the right to schedule
posts as I see fit for my readers. Any post that has been scheduled will be published in a
timely manner.
A sponsored post will remain on the site for at least 6 months, but are likely to remain
permanent as I do not delete old posts.
Sponsored posts should not be used for link juice. The blog is not a platform for this and will
not be used as one for SEO farmers.
Any offer of sponsored posts can be rejected as this is my right. All sponsored posts will be
paid for upfront before anything has been written.
The editorial staff has right to refusal.
Sponsored posts will need to be in relation to our niche and if we believe they are not
valuable, are not of a certain quality or do not relate to our niche we have the right to reject
the post.
We only want our blog to be filled with good writing and we ensure that the quality of
sponsored posts is high and will need to meet our standards.
